We're pausing to raise a glass to Mississippi Cheese Straw Factory — a beloved Southern institution built on the same foundation as our own: a mother's love, a treasured family recipe, and over 35 years of sharing that love with the world. Like us, MCS was passed from mother to children, and like us, they knew that a perfect cheese straw is something worth dedicating your life to.
