Q: What is the shelf life for your products?

A: All flavors have a 12 month shelf life, except our Soft Bake Cookies that have a 9 month shelf life.

Q: What are your business hours?

A: We are open Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5 pm CST

Q: Where are your products made?

A: We bake all of our products in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Orders usually ship the next day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends ,or holidays will typically ship in two days. Observed holiday's may change business hours.  

Q: Is there a price break on shipping cost? What is Flat Rate Shipping?

A: J&M Foods offers discounts on shipping for retail orders shipped to one address within the continental USA. Orders under $45 have a $8.99 flat rate shipping fee. Orders $45 and over, receive free shipping to one address within the continental United States. The continental US excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories.

Our Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping do not apply to International Shipments or Wholesale accounts.

Q: What is your primary Shipping carrier?

A: Our default shipping method is currently FedEx Ground which usually delivers within 3-7 business days. We are constantly looking for more reliable and more economical carriers. Our preferred carrier may change without notice.  

Q: How many cookies come in a carton?

A: Our products are packed by weight according to the ounce size, so the quantity of cookies will vary. Please refer to the specific details on each product page for more information.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Please contact us ASAP at either 800-264-2278 or sales@jm-foods.com. If your order has not shipped, we should be able to make the necessary changes or cancellation. 

Q: What's your best seller?

A: You can never go wrong with our Original Cheese Straws, they are our most popular item. Check out our All-Time Favorites for our most popular items too.

Q: Can I place a wholesale order online?

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?

A: Yes, if you have a holiday or gift list please email us at sales@jm-foods.com or call us at 800-264-2278.

Q: Can I use online promos for my Wholesale order?

A: Unfortunately, promos listed on our website are for direct to consumers only.

Q: Do I receive rewards for orders placed as a guest?

A: No, an account must be created in the rewards program to receive points. Although, if you place an order as a guest, and later create an account, points from your previous purchase will be awarded as long as the email account previously used is the same. 

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: We do not sell or share any information regarding your visit to our website or your shopping experience no matter where you live. We value your privacy
