Shelf Life (Best if Eaten By / Fresheness Date): All of our products have a 12-month shelf life, except our Soft Bake Cookies which have that have a 14-month shelf life.
Artificial colors, flavors, trans fats, and other questionable ingredients: We do not (and never have) used any artificial colors, artificial flavors, or trans fats. We use real unsalted butter. We only bake with responsibly sourced ingredients which includes our palm oil and chocolate.
Allergens: The allergens in our facility include Eggs, Milk, Soy, Wheat and the following Tree Nuts: Pecans, Macadamia Nuts, Almonds. WE ARE A PEANUT-FREE FACILITY.
Where are your products made? We bake and package all of our products in Little Rock, Arkansas. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5 pm CST, excluding major holidays.
When will my order ship? Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends/holidays will be delayed until the next buisnes day.
Shipping to Lower 48 USA: Orders under $45 qualify for Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $8.99 when shipped to a single address. Orders over $45 qualify for Free Shipping when shipped to a single address.
Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories or Overseas: Please contact our office for a shipping quote to these locations.
Shipping Carriers:Our primary carriers are FedEx Ground, UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage.
