"The cookies arrived all melted and crumbled from the heat. The weren’t packed in dry ice for the heat. Sadly enough they were supposed to be my sister’s BD present. She loves those cookies and they were ruined. I wrote to ask for a refund but have not heard back. My sister called you when she got them."
